4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into acp365: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).
• The payment account used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal

5.2 General Bonus Terms

acp365 has five VIP tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on regular gaming activity. Cashback is paid out every week on a set schedule.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Please read the applicable rules and terms carefully before placing each bet.
• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed, unless acp365 approves it under specific circumstances.
• acp365 reserves the right to void bets placed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• acp365's decision is final in determining the outcome of bets.

6.2 Sports Betting

• For betting on cricket, boxing, and other sporting events, match results will be determined based on the announcement of the relevant sports authority.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• If evidence of match-fixing or manipulation is found, all related bets will be cancelled.

6.3 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• Game results are entirely random and no previous result influences a future result.

7. Prohibited Activities

8.2 Suspension or Closure by acp365
